Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The shipping address may be different from the billing address.

Delivery charges

Where a shipping charge applies, it is displayed during checkout and included in the Order Summary before payment.

Ghana deliveries

Orders may be fulfilled through MAP Africa operations or approved courier and logistics partners. Delivery time depends on location, product availability and product type.

International delivery

International orders may require additional transit and customs-processing time. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number or shipment reference is provided after processing and dispatch.

Incorrect address

Please notify us immediately if you identify an address error. Redirection or re-delivery after dispatch may attract an additional delivery charge.
