Eligible situations

• An eligible purchased product is not delivered.
• The wrong product is delivered.
• The product arrives materially damaged.
• An approved return is not properly resolved.
• A verified payment or order discrepancy occurs.

Customer cooperation

Customers must provide truthful information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests, including order information and supporting images where appropriate.

Exclusions

Purchase Protection does not cover fraudulent claims, deliberate product damage, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification or customer errors not caused by MAP Africa.
