Paystack

Paystack may be used to process eligible online payments. Depending on country and availability, payment channels can include card, mobile money, bank transfer and other supported methods.

Ghana customers

Customers in Ghana may have access to supported Paystack payment methods and Cash on Delivery where offered.

International customers

International customers are generally required to pay electronically using a supported card payment method.

Payment verification

An order is not classified as paid until successful payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. Creation of an order record alone does not prove that payment has been received.

Currency conversion

Products may be displayed in USD or another selected currency. Where required by a payment provider, the final amount may be converted into a supported settlement currency before authorization.

Payment security

Do not send full card numbers, CVVs, PINs or online-banking passwords to our staff.
