Before dispatch

Orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched may normally be cancelled.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. The customer may instead need to follow the Return & Refund process after receiving the item.

Seller cancellation

If MAP Africa cancels a prepaid order because a product cannot be supplied, an appropriate refund will be processed.

Refund timing

Processing time may depend on the payment provider, card issuer or customer financial institution.
